Chris is hands down the best realtor out there!

! My family and I were first time buyers, which was a bit intimidating but Chris is so knowledgeable in his craft; he answered all of our questions, made us feel optimistic and hopeful, especially when we got frustrated during our search. He was very respectful of our time, super welcoming, and kind during every meeting, house hunting day, phone call, etc. We were also obnoxiously picky at times on what we were looking for, but he never made us feel less than for not linking even the smallest details of a home. He made sure to cater to our wants and needs, while also gently pushing us out of our comfort zone and showing us homes he thought would be a great fit for us. He ended up finding us the perfect home in the city we’ve been most of our lives and absolutely love! In all, Chris goes above and beyond to help his clients find their perfect, dream homes. When it’s time for me to purchase any property; I will definitely come running back to him and his expertise!!

"Being a first time home buyer, my excitement was only matched by the daunting task of going through the home buying process with little to no experience. I purchased my first home in January of 2020 with Christopher representing me as my agent, and he truly went above and beyond to help guide me through the entire process. I described the home that I was looking for, and Christopher worked extremely diligently to find me a home that surpassed even my best hopes for what I could find in my budget. Always responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the local communities, and extended every effort to negotiate the best deal for me.I'm currently writing this review in my beautiful new home that Christopher helped me find. "As if there aren’t enough challenges buying and selling a home in 2021, when we started working with Christopher we had the added parameter of expecting our second child in August. We ran into all kinds of crazy surprises related to the rent moratorium during the sale in Los Angeles and Christopher addressed each of them head on with an open mind and willingness to consult industry colleagues. We ended up pulling off quite a wild sale and surpassing our goals. When it came to buying Christopher helped us keep our goals in mind and not get caught up in the current buying frenzy. Not only did we find a place that completely suits our family needs in a great community, but we closed escrow with time to spare before my due date. We had some seemingly difficult mountains to conquer, but Christopher went beyond the call of duty to expertly guide us to the top."

"Chris was essential in the purchase of new construction home in East Ventura, CA. I worked with him cross country and he was my eyes/ears as he explored the Ventura/Oxnard region while I was in VA anticipating my move. To collaborate, we used google drive. We were able to log details of different properties, discuss particular negotiation points, and Chris even uploaded video walkthroughs of all the different properties! Through his hard work and meticulous organization, I was able to make a prudent purchase that saved me a lot of hassle. Thanks, Chris, for all your help!"

"I can't speak enough about Chris as a landlord. An honest and outstanding man, Chris's morals are easily evident in his daily dispositions. He's quite a jovial, personable and steadfast person who is very easy to get along with.I've lived at his San Diego property since June 2013 with no complaints at all. Any issues on his property are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I've lived in places where landlords hire poor quality services to fix property issues, but Chris took noble approaches in finding the right person to properly get the job done. "I reached out to a few agents while starting my home buying journey, the other agents wouldn't return my calls after initial contact was established. I have a feeling it was because I was not too sure what I wanted to buy nor what I could afford. This would be my first house and I've not been through this process. Mr. Rogers answered all the questions I had about the process and the steps we would be going through. We even met up over a dinner, at my request, to further discuss the home buying process. If Mr. Rogers was annoyed by repetitive question he did not let it show once, he would explain things slightly different each time until it finally sunk in. Mr. Rogers is very patient and very willing to help first time buyers through the process. I have chosen Mr. Rogers as my agent for this endeavor; we will start looking at more potential properties this month."

"Chris is awesome. I noticed he was listing a few places on facebook. When inquired about the process, he connected me with a lender. We had a face to face conversation about what I was looking for, what would be the possible options, etc. He was Up front, honest, knowledgeable.
